- Парсинг RSS через ElementTree (RSS 2.0 / Atom)
- Данные: title, dc:creator, guid isPermaLink, pubDate, category
- Формат: заголовок до 60 символов, дата дд.мм.гггг, теги
- Ссылки без https://, кликабельные
- Консольная команда: !news
